Welcome to my Blog - I am so excited to see you here!

For those of you who don’t know me - I'm Aly - Wife, Mum, former gym owner, current group fitness instructor, health coach, dog owner, and lover of chocolate, Red Wine, and Rosé!!

I live in Perth, Western Australia with my amazing husband, my fabulous doggo, and my two young people (who show no signs of moving out yet lol), and I've been doing this health and fitness thing in some form, for most of my life.

I first realised the power of combining the right foods, with a little bit of exercise when I lost over 20 kilos simply by making a few changes to my lifestyle a few years after having my daughter way back in 2000. And I've been hooked ever since!

Today, I am so blessed and grateful for my life. I am lucky enough to have an amazing offline AND online health and wellness business doing what I love with a thriving online community of like-minded 40, 50, and 60 plus women – sharing all kinds of amazing things and working together to have healthier mindsets, stronger bodies, and more fun!

And this is the time that we step it up a notch and make ourselves and our self-care a priority.
